The Small-Scale Permit, also known as the Approval of Small-Scale Construction Works (E.E.D.M.K.), applies to works that do not require a full building permit but still need approval from the competent Building Authority.
The process is carried out electronically through the e-Permits information system of the Technical Chamber of Greece and is completed quickly, provided there is proper preparation by an engineer.
